Please note that due to the virtual nature of eBooks and eCharts, we cannot refund your money or exchange products after your eBook or eChart purchase. If you have questions about a product prior to making your purchase, please contact us at help@reflexologyestore.com
Refund Policy – On-Line Learning Courses
Any request for refunds for Online Courses are subject to the following conditions:
- All requests must be in writing and sent to help (a) reflexologyestore dot com, giving the reason for withdrawal. Refunds will only be considered for medical reasons (accompanied by a letter from the student’s medical practitioner) or other hardship or exceptional circumstances.
- An administrative fee of 25% will be deducted from any refunds.
- If course or other fees have not been paid and a student withdraws, he or she will still be liable for that portion of tuition fees applicable at the time of withdrawal.
- Any fees paid other than tuition or course fees (such as textbooks/ charts) are non-refundable.
